At Harmony Yoga we endeavour to influence, integrate and harmonise all the levels of being: physical, breath, mind and beyond.

 


Our Offering

We offer instruction in private yoga classes, group yoga classes as well as Transcendental Meditation teaching.  These Yogic practices make great personal and business sense - the stronger and calmer your harmonised body-mind, the more effectively and efficiently you engage with life.

Depending on the prevailing legal and best practice guidelines, the yoga classes are offered through zoom, at your own venue (home / work etc) or our spaces in Craighall Park and Linden.

Classes are tailored to your needs, whether beginners or advanced. The goal is for you to connect with yourselves and to dedicate you practice to your personal growth path.  

  • Let Go & Let it Flow! After work Classes

    Let go of the day and find your connection to your breath, body and self. These classes will be more challenging but geared to all levels.

  • Lunch Time Break

    This is the perfect class for those who would like a break in the middle of the day and reset the mind / body to engage the afternoon with fresh vitality.

  • Early morning wakeup

    There is nothing like an early morning workout for the entire body from head to toe.Loosen up any tightness and prepare the body/mind for the day’s activity ahead.

  • A beginner programs

    The series of classes aims to build up starting from beginner classes focusing on teaching postures and building strength and flexibility into intermediate yoga postures.

  • Private classes

    Either 1-on-1 yoga classes or a private group at your own home, office or at the home studio at Craighall Park.

  • Workshops and retreats

    A variety of workshops and are held over the year in the field of health and wellbeing.

We are situated at 102A Rutland Ave, Craighall Park, Johannesburg, South Africa.

There is sufficient secure parking.
