The Zoom yoga group classes are offered in a similar manner as in-studio classes, by giving individual cues where suited. Should you want feedback, you put your video function on. (this is the main difference to regular on-line or FB yoga classes). Where required there will also be demonstration of movements.
Harmony Yoga Private Class Schedule
Harmony Yoga focuses primarily on private yoga classes. Private classes can be 1-on-1 or 1 to many in a private setting.
Private yoga classes are offered either in person in Namibia or through Zoom.
Harmony Yoga Corporate Group Class Schedule
We are excelling at offering yoga classes to Corporates - for the time being only through Zoom. All levels of yoga experience and ability are catered for in the same yoga class, in a way that all gain great benefit. A great way support your colleagues and teams to be healthier, especially during lockdown and working from home environments.
